There are 3 ways to cook dumplings: steam, boil or pan fry. But based on the style of dumpling you cook, there is a preferred way – the GAO way.

GET it right. everytime.
Make sure you pay attention to the details when storing and cooking the dumplings. Every pan and kitchen is different.
→ Our dumplings are raw inside. Make sure to cook them through and to a minimum of 75°c internal temperature.
→ Pay attention to the color of the dough after cooking. if you see areas of white dough, it’s not cooked enough.
→ Don’t completely defrost the dumplings. They hold soup inside and will get soft, socky and the dough will be damaged.
→ Once the dumplings are defrosted, do not refreeze them again.
