We’re looking for full time kitchen staff to support our central production in Copenhagen and beyond. From fresh daily sides and soups, to dumpling sauces and mis-en-place, be part of the engine that keeps GAO open every day.

Our service teams are the face of GAO and the vibe you meet in the stores. As a service team member, you’ll learn to cover the front, dish up the sides and manage the grill. Our teams swap and rotate to give a flexible and energetic work environment. Be part of an international team and work across multiple locations.

We spent the last 7 years testing and learning how to run dumpling joints. We explored different formats and neighbourhoods, production methods and logistics – and now we finally feel confident to expand further.
