This version of gao is a “hole in the wall” modelled after the narrow street joints found in Asia’s capitals. Located in the heart of Vesterbro along bars, döner kebabs and design shops, this version of GAO is stripped to the bare minimum: a steaming dumpling grill, heavy beats and limited seating along the raw walls. Expect a cozy but intense atmosphere, good for a quick bite or takeaway - all day, everyday.
